Anxiety doesn’t always look like worry, it can show up as irritability, restlessness, or trouble sleeping.
ADHD might not look like hyperactivity, it can feel like chronic procrastination, forgetfulness, or racing thoughts.
Depression doesn’t always mean sadness, it might feel like exhaustion, disconnection, or difficulty keeping up with basic self-care.

You might find yourself overthinking everything, second-guessing decisions, or feeling overwhelmed even by small tasks.
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Let me help you shift how you experience yourself.

Hello there,

Thank you for considering me to help you on your mental well-being journey, My name is Davonna Wilson, but I go by "Dee".

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.

My graduate training was completed at the University of South Alabama, specializing in family medicine.

During my time practicing in Family Medicine for the VA, I had the honor of providing care to members of our Armed Forces, particularly individuals diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries and associated PTSD.

It was during this experience that I discovered my true passion for Mental Health.

Motivated by this newfound calling, I pursued further education at the University of Texas at Arlington, where I obtained a post Master's Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health. I then went on to achieve a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University.

  • My dedication lies in extending comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and medication management services.

I strongly believe in the power of prevention over treatment, and it serves as my guiding principle in both my professional practice and personal life.

Today, I encourage you to reach out and allow me the privilege of assisting you in finding and maintaining balance.
