What services do you offer?

We provide psychiatric mental health services, including thorough evaluations, medication management, and brief supportive therapy. Our goal is to create personalized treatment plans to support your mental well-being.

Do you offer therapy?

While our provider, Davonna Wilson (Dee), DNP, PMHNP, is not a therapist, she offers brief supportive therapy to complement medication management. She helps patients develop coping strategies, emotional resilience, and problem-solving skills.

What conditions do you treat?

We specialize in treating:

  • Mood & Anxiety Disorders (Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Military Trauma)

  • Neurodevelopmental & Behavioral Disorders

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes! We provide telehealth services for patients in Oregon, Washington State, and Washington, D.C., making mental health care accessible from the comfort of your home.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is an estimate of the expected costs for the services you will receive at our practice. It outlines the cost of your initial and ongoing sessions, helping you understand your financial responsibility before services begin. The estimate includes factors such as the cost per session, session length, and any additional fees, like for missed appointments or special services.

What types of insurance do you accept?

We accept various insurance plans. Please visit our 'Insurance & Fees' page or contact our office for specific details about coverage.

Can I receive care if I am not in Oregon, Washington, or Washington, D.C.?

Currently, our telehealth services are only available in Oregon, Washington State, and Washington, D.C. If you are located outside of these areas, we recommend finding a licensed provider in your state.

How do medication management and supportive therapy work together?

Medication management helps address the biological aspects of mental health conditions, while supportive therapy provides guidance on emotional and behavioral coping strategies. Together, these approaches create a well-rounded treatment plan tailored to your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients who late cancel or no-show to appointments will be charged $175. Please note that insurance does not cover late cancellation fees. If you need to miss your appointment, please contact us through Spruce. Frequent cancellations may be reassessed to see if continued services within our practice are appropriate.
