for Grief, Eating Disorders, Depression, Child or Adolescent, Bipolar Disorder, Military Trauma, PTSD, Behavior/Conduct, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Postpartum, and ADHD to name a few

Mental health is important for all ages, from children, adolescents,  to adults and seniors. If how we think, feel, and act is affected, our  ability to cope with life may be compromised causing an unbalanced mental health that may grow with time. 

Getting early  help, creates better practices of how we handle stress, relate to  others, and make sound life choices. Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, binge eating, not eating, irritability, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger to an unhealthy livelihood. 

I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that begin with a thorough psychiatric evaluation, followed by evidence-based medication prescription, coaching and brief suportive therapy that will aid in developing a plan exclusive to your needs. My suggestions to you will vary depending upon what we discover during your evaluation. Those suggestions may well change as we acquire more insight.
